Kav Mashve ("the Equator") was founded in Oct' 2007 to promote equal employment opportunities for Arab university graduates in the Israeli labor market.

Vision - To promote a business environment that is open and provides equal
opportunity to Arab university graduates, thus substantially increasing
the number of Arab graduates employed in businesses (both private and
public) in suitable positions and with appropriate compensation.
