Materna Laboratories Ltd. was founded in 1981 as a subsidiary of Ma'abarot Products Ltd., owned by Kibbutz Ma'abarot.  Ma'abarot Products’ initial public offering on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange was in 1993 and today we are a public company.

Since their establishment Materna Laboratories has led the Israeli baby food market and exports our products to many countries including the US, Canada, France, England and Belgium.
